Eligible, commercially-insured patients can be enrolled in one of several ways:

  1. Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) can enroll their patients via BMSAccessSupport.com, by calling BMS Access Support at 1-800-861-0048, or by utilizing the My BMS Cases portal, below.
  2. Pharmacists can enroll patients utilizing the pharmacy activation for select oral medications, below.
  3. Patients can self-activate a co-pay card for select oral medications by utilizing the patient activation link, below, or by calling BMS Access Support at 1-800-861-0048.

BMS Access Support Co-Pay Assistance Program Portal Directory

Please select the relevant button for your product below to visit the relevant HCP portal or initiate co-pay card activation:

  • For Patients, please select the “patient activation” button for your medication to access the activation site to request a co-pay card
  • For Pharmacists, please select the “pharmacy activation” button for the relevant product to request a co-pay card for patients
  • For HCPs:
    • HCP Co-Pay Portal: A secure, web-based portal for HCPs to submit medical claims, track claim status, and confirm payment for patients actively enrolled in the BMS Access Support Co-Pay Assistance Program. Please note that this portal does NOT support enrollment into co-pay programs.
    • My BMS Cases Portal: Enroll, track, and manage your patient cases for select BMS medications. Please note that this portal does NOT support co-pay claim management
